  • Refunds or exchanges are available within 20 days of receiving your order.

  • A 100% full refund or an exchange for another product (size or color) will be issued once your return is received and approved.

  • After 20 days from delivery, all refund requests are invalid.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Refunds will only be granted if the returned item:

  • Is in its original condition,

  • Has not been damaged, and

  • Has not been heavily worn.

Items showing signs of damage, misuse, or heavy wear will not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Process

  1. Customers must create an account on our website to initiate a refund.

  2. Submit a refund request through your account, including your reason for the refund.

  3. Ship the item back to us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or process an exchange.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the refund or exchange is due to our error (wrong item, incorrect size sent, defective product), Aquatic Warefare LLC will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label.

  • If the return is for any other reason (wrong size ordered, color change, personal preference), the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a new size or color are fully supported within the 20-day return period.

  • Exchanges follow the same conditions as refunds — items must be undamaged and not heavily worn.

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned after 20 days of delivery.

  • Items that are damaged, heavily worn, or altered.

  • Refund requests not submitted through your website account.
