Shipping and fulfillment are handled by Pepper Custom Baits on behalf of Aquatic Warefare LLC.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs unless a discount, promotion, or free-shipping offer is applied at checkout.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and method used to deliver your order.
2. Customer Responsibility

Accurate Address: Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we will ship to the address provided. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to customer error.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for shipments lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
3. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders (U.S.): If your order does not arrive within 30 days of being shipped, and you can provide evidence of carrier tracking failure due to our error, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your order does not arrive within 45 days of being shipped, and you can provide evidence of our error, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds & Replacements for Shipping Issues

If you can provide clear evidence that a mistake was made on our end (for example: shipping to the wrong address despite correct information provided at checkout), we will either:

Ship a replacement item at no cost to you, or

Issue a full refund for the undelivered item.

If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, no refund or replacement will be issued.
5. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

International orders may incur higher shipping costs, which will be displayed at checkout.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

However, if you can demonstrate that the issue was caused by an error on our end, we will work with you to resolve the problem (see Section 4).
